If you've joined Apartment Therapy Marketplace using Facebook, Twitter, or Google social account, you can continue to log in by clicking on social account you used to join.
You may experience an issue signing into the Marketplace via a social account if you:
- no longer hace access to your Apartment Therapy Marketplace account.
- no longer have access to your social account.
- no longer have access to your social account login information.
- changed your Marketplace account email or password under settings.
If any have access to your social account email address, you can reset your password by clicking on the Don't Remember Your Password? button. This will trigger a password reset email to be sent to your account email address. Click on the link within that email to reset your password. You'll be re-directed back to our website and prompted to create a new password.
If you don't remember your social account's email address, we recommend searching for a Marketplace email in all of your email inboxes or contacting customer support to help locate your account.
