If you're unable to join with a specific email address, you may be:
- an existing member and already have an active account with us. You can gain access to your account by resetting your password.
- a prior member with a deleted account that has not yet been purged from our system. Contact customer support to re-enable your previously deleted account.
- blacklisted from our site and ineligible to create a new account with us. Contact customer support to authenticate your identity and re-enable your blacklisted account.
- using an email address that has a blacklisted domain. You will need to use a different email address to create your account.
If none of the above reasons apply, we recommend contacting customer support so that they can locate the reason why you're unable to join and provide a possible workaround. If you receive an error message, please provide that information in your message to customer support.
