When another member contacts you or replies to your message, we automatically alert you immediately with an email notification. To ensure these email notifications are delivered to you successfully, we require you to verify your email address when you join and every time it is changed.
New members receive this verification email shortly after joining, but you can also request a new email to be sent on your Email / Password Settings page. Once you receive this email, click on the enclosed link to be re-directed back to the website to complete the verification.
If you have not received the verification email despite requesting it, we recommend searching your email inbox for Apartment Therapy Marketplace. Your ESP may have incorrectly sorted it into the spam, junk or promotions folder.
If you have clicked on the link within the email and your account is not reflecting the newly verified status, please contact customer support.
