If Apartment Therapy Marketplace is not recognizing your email and password combination, you may need to:
- double-check the spelling of your email address and password. Any typos will prevent you from gaining access to your account.
- verify the email address and password combination, if you have more than one account with us.
- sign in via Facebook, if you initially joined via Facebook.
If you are still unable to sign in, you can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password button. This will trigger a password reset email to be sent to your account email address. Click on the link within that email within 24 hours to reset your password. You'll be re-directed back to our website and prompted to create a new password.
If you do not click the link within the allotted time period, the token will expire and you will need to request a new email by clicking on the Forgot Password button again.
If you don't remember your account email address, we recommend searching for a Marketplace email in your email account inboxes or contacting customer support to help locate your account.
