We're sorry to hear that the seller has not replied to you. We routinely follow up with members who have unread or un-responded to messages. Members who continue to be inactive and/or unresponsive have their account disabled, or temporarily de-activated, until they are able to resume selling. 

If it has been longer than 48 hours, send Apartment Therapy Marketplace Support an email at marketplace@apartmenttherapy.com and we will reach out to the member on your behalf.
